Manage full-cycle recruitment from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Handle offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Support in employer branding, hiring drives, and campus recruitment.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
1 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
Good knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. ).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Target-driven, confident, and proactive.
