Job Description

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

· Post job openings, source candidates through online job boards, social media, professional networks.

· Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening phone calls, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.

· Manage the entire candidate experience, provide updates, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process.

· Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation.

· Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.

· Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.

· Should have 8+ years of experience.
