Job description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Lead and manage the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
  • Manage HR projects such as organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure HR compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior HR staff members.
  • Daily Attendance Maintenance.
  • Salary Process.
  • OT Wages Process.
  • Statutory Process.
  • Employee Welfare.

Requirements:

  • Male Candidates Only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar senior HR role, with at least [number] years of experience.
  • Excellent Computer Knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or SPHR is a plus.
