2-7 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing environment. Solid understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, ERP, etc.) Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR and Payroll, preferably in IT staffing or consulting firms. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and HRMS tools. Proficient in Excel and reporting.
