2-7 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing environment. Solid understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, ERP, etc.) Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR and Payroll, preferably in IT staffing or consulting firms. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and HRMS tools. Proficient in Excel and reporting.
Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding. Source qualified candidates using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed , and through networking or referrals. Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiate salary rates, employment terms, and finalize job offers. Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure timely submissions and successful placements. Maintain strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with US employment and visa regulations . Update and manage applicant data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) . Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for submittals, interviews, and hires. Preferred candidate profile Experience recruiting for Implementation Partners or Direct Clients . Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends . Proven track record of consistent placements and performance. Familiarity with CRM or ATS tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal , etc.
