About The Job:

• Recruiting Operations Specialist, is a member of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Hyderabad. You will play a critical role in our Recruiting Operations team.
• This role will be part of a team of highly skilled specialists who keep the recruiting organization running smoothly.
• The role will cover a breadth of partnerships and require familiarity with processes across Employee Success (HR) that touch on recruiting in any capacity.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work on the cases received in the Recruitment Operations Queue. Follow through to ensure case is resolved and closed appropriately and satisfactorily.
• Perform all Recruitment Audits (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and off-cycle audits) and adhere to compliance
• Perform Background Investigation Adjudication for Candidates.
• Partner with various internal compliance teams, external government agencies, and vendors to usher employees throughout the process.
• Support and partner with a global teams, as we have team members and stakeholders in all regions (AMER, EMEA, JAPAC)
• Meet all internal team service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an Recruitment Operations/ HR Operations
• Proficiency in Google Apps, Excel, and Workday
• Audit, Compliance, Background Investigation program experience

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage deadlines

About The Job:

• You will work directly with Technical Leaders, Principal Engineers and Product Managers leading platform specific microservices development for solutions across all Webex products.
• You will work with a 20+ members engineering team to plan, lead and execute technical challenges relating to microservices development.
• You will lead development teams to collaboratively design solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java, Spring, REST, and gRPC for Webex features.
• Build and manage real-time distributed data pipelines using Kafka.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and performance profiling.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and create system dashboards using tools like Grafana and Kibana.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and support architecture decisions and technical initiatives.
• Support on-call rotations (PagerDuty)

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with strong skills in Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, and gRPC.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, unit testing, debugging, and code coverage.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Maven, Git, and distributed caching.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including monitoring, incident management, and performance/load testing.
• Skilled in performance optimization for speed, memory, and space.
• Exposure to AI integration and code generation tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills across global teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
