HR Operations Specialist

As an HR Operations Specialist at ETAP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily HR functions and operations to ensure a seamless employee life-cycle process from hire to retire. Your attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and communication skills will be essential in maintaining accurate employee records, implementing HR policies, and providing support to global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on support for HR-related topics using WORKDAY HRIS - Offer operational support and guidance for employee life-cycle processes - Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies - Assist in reviewing, designing, and implementing HR policies aligned with organizational goals - Prepare various internal HR documentation related to employee life-cycle management - Support HR leader in audit participation and execution on major and minor findings - Prepare detailed reports on personnel activities and track key HR metrics - Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies - Regularly engage with local and global stakeholders to provide HR support and guidance - May require business travel to other ETAP offices locally as needed Essential Requirements: - Attention to Detail: Proactive, organized, and accountable with sensitive data - Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Ensuring legal compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies - Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills for resolving employee concerns and clarifying HR policies Desired Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, master's in business administration ETAP values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect.
