• B.Tech /B.E from a reputed University in Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience working for bids & proposals for the Power Automation industry and product/solution portfolio.
• Ability to read the tender specifications to prepare BOQ, System Architecture, Scope Matrix, Compliance, etc.
• Responsible for preparing cost-effective, viable automation Technical /Commercial proposals based on client/tender requirements.
• Prepare and ensure bottom-up costing for the proposed solution.
• Knowledge of best design practices, Industry standards and cost-effective solutions across the globe.
• Adhere to the committed timeline for bid preparation with the right quality.
• Analysis and review of vendor’s techno-commercial offer, and investigation of new or alternative commercial response.
• Should have price negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, proposal writing & presentation skills
• Knowledge of RTU/ PLC HW /SW Components.
• Should have a good knowledge of IT networking devices and the architecture of the SCADA Control Centre.
• Knowledge of Communication and SCADA protocols like IEC101, IEC104, MODBUS, DNP, IEC 61850
• Should be well conversant in SCADA, ADMS, OMS, and OTS.
• Should have knowledge of Substation Automation System.
• Having good knowledge of Renewable Energy Automation
• Power Utility experience preferred.
• Software Skills Preference: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Location preference – New Delhi.
