Hr Operations Manager

Job Title: HR Operations Manager Job Summary: The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving HR processes, systems, and policies to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR activities. This role manages HR operations including employee life cycle management, payroll, compliance, HRIS, and reporting, while supporting strategic HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Prepared and shared daily/weekly reports on time. Coordinated team meeting and aligned on project goals Oversee and manage the full employee life cycle (onboarding to exit). Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Manage HR systems (HRIS/ATS) and ensure accurate employee data management. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs. Drive HR reporting, analytics, and MIS for management review. Monitor employee benefits administration, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Support audits and manage HR documentation and records. Partner with HR business leaders to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Manage vendor relationships (insurance, consultants, outsourcing partners) Completed pending tasks ahead of schedule. Key Skills Required: * Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance. * Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational and analytical abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 6+ years of experience in HR operations or related HR roles. * Prior experience managing payroll, compliance, and HR systems is preferred.
