Please note: This is an in-office internship based in Noida Sector 2, not a remote position.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit—and gain hands-on experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and internal databases.
• Assist with onboarding and exit formalities including document collection, background verification, and issuance of experience letters.
• Support payroll input coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Help implement and monitor HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Support performance management cycles including goal setting and feedback tracking.
• Draft and manage HR documents like offer letters, contracts, and internal policies.
• Assist in organizing engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communications.
• Prepare reports for audits, labor law compliance (PF, ESI, etc.), and HR metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and HRMS tools; detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
