Minimum education qualification - Graduation Job Location - Topsia Key Responsibilities: Assist with Employee Documentation: This includes tasks like organizing and maintaining employee files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Maintain HR Operations: This includes tasks related to general HR administration, such as managing employee data and assisting with HR-related communications. Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear communication with employees and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Utilize Excel: Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel is a mandate for data management and analysis. Desired Skills: Strong communication skills in English ,Bengali & Hindi (both verbal and written). Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel is compulsory. Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
