HR Operations Intern

What You'll Do

The HR Operations Intern will support the HR team in the following areas:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding:

    • Assist in the preparation of new hire documentation and manage the seamless onboarding process (e.g., creating employee files, coordinating induction).
    • Support the offboarding process, including exit documentation and clearance procedures.
  • HR Data Management:

    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist in generating standard HR reports (e.g., headcount, attendance).
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure all employee files (both physical and digital) are compliant.
    • Support the preparation and verification of HR-related documents, such as employment letters and policy acknowledgments.
    • Support the Background Verification process.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Handle general HR administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and responding to basic employee queries.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in

    Human Resources, Business Administration,

    or a related field.
  • Strong attention to

    detail

    and a commitment to

    accuracy

  • Excellent

    organizational

    and

    time management

    skills.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office Suite

    (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to handle

    confidential information

    with discretion.
  • Strong
