HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all areas of human resources, including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee engagement and relations, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving organizational growth, and ensuring we remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. 
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for all departments.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and create a supportive, inclusive workplace environment.
- Coordinate events and programs aimed at boosting team spirit and overall morale.
- Handle employee complaints, facilitate conflict resolution, and mediate disputes in accordance with organizational policies.
- Encourage transparent and open communication channels between employees and leadership.
Training & Development
- Coordinate and oversee employee training initiatives to ensure staff have the necessary skills for their roles.
- Evaluate and enhance current training programs to align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Promote continuous learning by facilitating workshops, seminars, and online courses for professional growth.
- Assist managers in identifying development needs and creating tailored learning paths for their teams.
Performance Management
- Lead performance appraisal processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve individual and team performance.
- Oversee promotions, benefits, and retention strategies.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies in India, including equality, health and safety, and key labor regulations such as the Shops and Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, and the Minimum Wages Act.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect the legal requirements and workplace standards specific to India.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate management reports that demonstrate compliance with Indian statutory and company obligations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs and payroll processes.
- Set and review pay structures, perks, and incentives.
- Advise management on compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Organizational Development
- Support organizational change, workforce planning, and development initiatives.
- Contribute to business planning and HR projects aligned with company goals.
- Coach and mentor managers and staff on HR-related matters
Exit Management
- Oversee employee relieving processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements during offboarding.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration with a key focus on Human Resources Management or related field (CIPD Level 5 or above preferred).
- 5+ years experience in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of India employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite for managing records, reports, and data analysis.
