HR Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR & Manager to oversee all human resources functions, employee management, and operational processes within our skincare brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a positive, performance-driven workplace culture while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments including marketing, sales, production, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and retention.
• Develop and implement HR policies that reflect the brand’s values, culture, and growth goals.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a healthy and motivating work environment.
• Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate professional development or training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

Operations & People Management

• Supervise daily operations across departments to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate between teams — marketing, creative, logistics, and retail — for smooth execution of brand activities.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure accountability.
• Plan and manage company meetings, team-building activities, and brand training sessions.
• Support top management in executing brand strategies and operational goals.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships as required.

Culture & Communication

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture that aligns with the skincare brand’s mission and aesthetic.
• Serve as the key communication bridge between leadership and employees.
• Encourage creativity, innovation, and teamwork across all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,012.49 - ₹58,210.29 per month
