Job Description

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Strategist who will take full ownership of all paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart. You’ll be directly responsible for boosting sales, reducing cost per purchase, and growing ROI across platforms. Your results will define VINR’s growth curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads
  • Drive measurable growth in traffic, conversion rate, and ROAS across all digital platforms
  • Build detailed media plans and test creative + audience segments continuously
  • Track metrics like CPP, ROAS, CTR, AOV, CAC, Add-to-Cart %, CVR, and report weekly performance
  • Run retargeting, prospecting, interest-based, and lookalike audience campaigns
  • Suggest product positioning, bundle offers, landing page tweaks based on ad insights
  • Coordinate with content/graphic teams for ad creatives, videos, reels, UGC, etc.
  • Run experiments (A/B testing) on messaging, creatives, and funnel flow
  • Own the ad budget and ensure optimum spend for maximum return

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads for e-commerce/D2C brands
  • Proven track record of generating ₹5–₹30L/month+ in sales through paid ads
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Console, Google Analytics, Amazon PPC
  • Strong analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheet reporting skills
  • Experience in ad funnel design and campaign structuring
  • Familiarity with Shopify/WordPress (for pixel/analytics setup)
  • Obsessed with ROAS, CAC, and cost control – we rely completely on your performance

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience scaling skincare, wellness, or cosmetic brands
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and UGC integration
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Meta Events Manager, GTM)
  • Running Amazon/Flipkart Ads through Unicommerce, SellerApp, or internal tools
  • Understanding of influencer marketing synergy with paid ads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,055.23 - ₹59,350.91 per month
