Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, general ledgers, invoice processing, and monthly bank reconciliations.
Perform daily & monthly marketplace reconciliations (Shopify, Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra), ensuring accurate recording of payouts, refunds, and returns.
Handle statutory compliance, including timely GST and TDS filings, and support ROC filings as needed.
Prepare financial reports & MIS: P&L statements, balance sheets, cash-flow forecasts, and vendor-aging reports for management review.
Manage vendor and bank relations, including onboarding, invoice approvals, and correspondence.
Assist with audits by coordinating with auditors and implementing financial process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA Inter or CA qualification is a plus.
Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, preferably within D2C, e-commerce, or skincare sectors.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
Hands-on experience with marketplace reconciliations (Shopify, Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra).
Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation practices, ROC compliance, and accounting principles.
Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and clear communication skills.
