Performance Marketing Specialist – Meta & Google Ads (Skincare D2C)

About Us:
Vinr Skincare is a premium skincare brand dedicated to clean, sustainable, and effective products. We're looking for a performance-driven marketer to scale our digital presence on Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute holistic ad strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Plan and optimize ad budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives to hit KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Conduct A/B tests for headlines, images/videos, audience segments, landing pages.
• Implement/maintain pixel and conversion tracking; integrate with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Use lookalike audiences, dynamic/product catalog ads, retargeting, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure engaging, compliant, on‑brand ad assets.
• Report on campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in performance marketing with a track record in skincare or wellness D2C.
• Deep experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Ads Manager).
• Comfortable with pixel setup, conversion tracking, A/B testing, audience creation.
• Strong data-driven mindset; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus If You Have:

• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification.
• Experience managing marketplace ads (e.g. Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra).
• Prior exposure to affiliate or influencer‑marketing campaigns.
