Job Description

As a Senior Human Resources Manager at our client's AMC dealing in Financial Services, located in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the HR department and managing all HR activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading recruitment processes and ensuring the selection of top talent - Facilitating effective onboarding procedures for new employees - Managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment - Implementing performance management strategies to enhance productivity - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Developing and executing HR initiatives in line with the business strategy - Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and diversity within the organization To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 8 to 15 years of experience in recruitment, especially in the BFSI industry - Proven expertise in Human Resources Management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations - Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations - Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities - Experience in crafting HR policies and procedures - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification would be advantageous,
