What will you do?
1) HR Management
-
Payroll management: salary processing, leave & attendance tracking.

Employee relations: grievance handling, engagement activities, disciplinary actions.

Performance monitoring & assistance with appraisals.
-
Onboarding & Offboarding process: induction to exit meeting.
2) Compliance & Policy
-
Ensure adherence to labor laws & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
-
Draft and update company policies as per start-up requirements.
3) Floor & Admin Management
-
Oversee daily floor operations to maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity.

Act as the go-to person for employees on the floor for HR/admin support.

Vendor management (stationery, housekeeping, facilities, etc.).

Manage office assets, infrastructure, and workplace safety.
4) Coordination & Reporting

Act as a bridge between management and employees.

Generate MIS reports on HR metrics (attrition, payroll, compliance status).

Support leadership in creating a positive & Gen Z-friendly work culture.
5) Learning & Development
-
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development initiatives.
6) Policy & Process Building
-
Design and implement HR policies aligned with start-up requirements.

Create structured processes without compromising agility.
What do we want from you?

4–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance.

Strong people skills with the ability to manage floor operations & employee discipline.
