This role involves handling end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The candidate will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that the team feels supported and motivated. On the administrative side, responsibilities include overseeing studio operations, managing vendor and supplier coordination, maintaining project and material records, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all office supplies and logistics are efficiently managed. The role also involves assisting the design team with documentation, quotations, and coordination related to ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment.
