Job Title: HR Manager Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Or PG in any stream will work. 2. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 5. Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management . Goals: 1. Improve employee satisfaction and engagement. 2. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
