Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Or PG in any stream will work. 2. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong 3. knowledge of labor laws and regulations. 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Key Responsibilities: 1 . Develop and implement HR strategies and policies. 2. Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention. 3. Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances. 4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 5. Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management . Goals: 1. Improve employee satisfaction and engagement. 2. Enhance recruitment and retention strategies. 3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 4. Develop and implement effective training programs. 5. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Korba, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 30/04/2025
