Develop market entry strategies, expansion roadmaps, and business models.. 3. Budget Management 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting 5. Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, HR, and legal teams. Goals: 1. Drive Business Growth 2. Increase Revenue 3.Plan and execute scalable, cost-effective, and long-term expansion strategies. 4. Identify and reduce legal, operational, and financial risks associated with expansion. 5. Strengthen the company’s position in existing and new markets.
