Job Description

The ideal HR manager that support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. To maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

1. End-to-end Recruitment – Build strong teams from sourcing to onboarding2. Policy Building – Design and implement HR policies aligned with our values3. HR Operations & Payroll – Manage systems, compliance, and monthly payroll4. Employee Engagement – Create an inclusive and motivating workplace5. Performance Management – Drive a culture of accountability and growth6. Learning & Development – Spot skill gaps and lead impactful training programs for all7. Compliance & Audits – Ensure all HR practices meet legal standards

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources (Should handle at least 50 employee)
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
