HR Operations & Payroll – Manage systems, compliance, and monthly payroll 4. Employee Engagement – Create an inclusive and motivating workplace 5. Performance Management – Drive a culture of accountability and growth 6. Learning & Development – Spot skill gaps and lead impactful training programs for all 7. Compliance & Audits – Ensure all HR practices meet legal standards Qualifications MBA in HR 5+ years' experience in Human Resources (Should handle at least 50 employee) Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Budget 40K PM although no bar for right candidate
