Job Description / Responsibilities *
Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Issued of Official Letters that are Warning, Explanation, Termination, Increment, Promotions, Experience & Memos, etc.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and team lunches.
Maintain Human Resource files and records to ensure consistent data accuracy.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Coordinate and assist managers/supervisors with new agents' processes and issues.
Formalize company policies and processes.
Desired profile of the candidate *
1. Male, Age: 25 to 45 yrs., Develop and manage recruitment strategies and processes, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and selection.
2. Teamworking and interpersonal skills
3. The ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
4. excellent communication skills.
5. Fluency in English.
