Payroll and Benefits:Managing payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and administering employee benefits programs. Training and Development:Coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback to improve employee skills and performance. Employee Engagement:Planning and supporting employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs. Policy Implementation: Ensuring that HR policies are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
