Job Title: HR Manager


Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Industry: Retail (Mall Management)

Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA

Job Summary:


HR Manager


#Key Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Staffing


* Manage end-to-end recruitment for mall-level staff, retail partners, and facility teams.

* Coordinate with department heads and store managers to identify manpower needs.

* Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.

* Maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.


2. HR Operations


* Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

* Oversee HRMS/HRIS software systems for smooth functioning.

* Ensure proper documentation for new joiners, exits, and role changes.


3. Employee Engagement & Relations


* Foster a positive work environment by initiating employee engagement programs.

* Resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally.

* Organize training programs and skill development workshops.


4. Compliance & Policy Management


* Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act).

* Update and implement HR policies in line with industry standards and local regulations.

* Liaise with legal advisors and auditors for HR audits and compliance checks.


5. Performance Management


* Oversee performance appraisal cycles and provide support to managers for evaluations.

* Identify training needs based on performance reviews and feedback.

* Support management in defining KRAs/KPIs for various departments.


6. Coordination with Retail Tenants & Facility Teams


* Collaborate with retail store HRs and facility management vendors.

* Ensure smooth coordination for mall-wide HR initiatives, events, and communication.

* Support in handling contract staff, security, housekeeping, etc.


7. Reporting & Analytics


* Maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports (attrition, headcount, attendance, etc.).

* Present monthly and quarterly HR performance reports to mall management.
