Improve employee engagement to 85%+ , while reducing voluntary attrition by 15% . Ensure 100% completion of mandatory training, with 70%+ participation in leadership programs. Streamline HR processes to reduce hiring time by 30% and enhance employer branding to achieve 4+ star ratings .
