About the Role Printers Supply Co Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR / Systems Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resource functions and ensure operational compliance across departments. This is a key leadership role reporting to senior management, focused on building a robust, process-driven, people-oriented work culture. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management Formulate, implement, and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with all statutory HR obligations and internal policies. Manage recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, training & development, employee engagement, and exit processes. Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR documentation. Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance redressal professionally. Systems & Process Compliance Design and implement SOPs across departments for efficient workflow and accountability. Continuously monitor adherence to internal systems, processes, and timelines. Work closely with department heads to drive operational excellence and documentation integrity. Conduct internal audits of systems and suggest improvements where necessary. ⸻ Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in a similar role handling both HR and systems/process compliance. Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills & Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality and professional demeanor. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges. ⸻ Why Join Us?
