Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Thane. The HR Manager will oversee and execute all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring labor law compliance, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will plan and implement professional growth initiatives and support organizational strategies through effective workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Expertise in HR Policies, Employee Relations, and Compliance with labor laws
• Knowledge of Performance Management, Training & Development, and Organizational Development
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic organizational needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage
