Responsibilities Preparing and inspect the in-process inspection report, ensuring that the product's dimensions meet the drawing specifications and confirming its conformity. Preparing and inspect the in-coming inspection of outsource activity for ensuring that the outsourced product's dimensions meet the drawing specifications and confirming its conformity Preparing and fill the final inspection report for ensuring that the product's meet the required specifications and confirming its conformity as per the regulatory requirement. Fill the format of Calibration Plan For Measuring Instrument and Testing Equipment and send the instrument for calibration and maintain its data and calibration reports to fulfill the regulatory requirements. Fill the format of Temperature & Humidity Monitoring Sheet and maintain the environment to fulfill the regulatory requirement in the cleanroom area. To maintain records of inspection To control the production process so that products are manufactured are within specification Give assistance to QC manager. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. The role involves designing and developing products, reverse engineering existing components, and creating bending dies, fixtures, and jigs. The engineer will collaborate closely with CAM engineers to ensure seamless manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Designing products using SolidWorks, including 2D drafting and creating detailed drawings. Reverse engineering components to understand and improve upon existing designs. Developing bending dies, fixtures, and jigs to optimize manufacturing processes. Collaborating effectively with CAM engineers to translate designs into production-ready processes.
