Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support employee onboarding and training programs.
