About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions in our textile manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and factory HR operations while fostering a people-centric culture. This role is critical to ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance in one of India’s leading textile hubs – Surat.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the factory workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and labour law requirements (PF, ESI, Factory Act, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
• Handle disciplinary matters, grievance redressal, and employee relations with a fair and balanced approach.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning, workforce productivity, and retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and statutory documentation for audits and inspections.
• Drive employee engagement activities, training programs, and skill development initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to build a positive and compliant workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory experience in the Textile Industry (factory/plant HR preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, and HR Compliance.
• Proven experience in factory HR management and handling a large workforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong decision-making ability.

• Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Experience: 7–10 years in HR, with at least 3+ years in a similar factory HR role
