We are building a performance-driven culture and are looking for an HR professional who can set up and manage HR processes aligned with our company policies and growth vision.

Role Overview

The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for handling the complete employee lifecycle, implementing HR policies, managing compliance, and ensuring smooth workforce operations. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Attendance & Compliance
  • Monitor attendance, login/logout, task sheet updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies (Attendance, LOP, Leave, Productivity).
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Plan employee engagement activities and maintain positive work culture.
  • Policy Implementation
  • Ensure employees strictly follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.
  • Regularly update and communicate HR policies.
  • Leave & Payroll Management
  • Track leaves and manage LOP deductions.
  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for salary processing.
  • Performance Management
  • Support managers in monitoring productivity and task sheet reviews.
  • Assist in appraisals, training, and career development initiatives.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Generate reports on attendance, attrition, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Executive/HR Manager (1–4 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with attendance management tools, HRMS, or monitoring systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
