WALK-IN INTERVIEW

Job Summary
You will be the one handling the HR department solely.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

· Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process to hire qualified employees, ensuring that the company has the right talent to meet its goals

· Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture

2.Employee Relations:

  • Managing Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Employee Engagement: Implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Communication: Facilitating effective communication between management and employees.

3.Performance Management:

  • Performance Goals: Setting clear performance goals and expectations for employees.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Performance Improvement: Developing and implementing performance improvement plans for employees who need to improve their performance.

· Leave and attendance Management

4. Compliance:

  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development: Developing and implementing workplace policies that are consistent with labor laws and company values.
  • Data Protection: Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • HR Administration:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kharadi, Pune Maharashtra (Preferred)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
-Graduate: BBA(HR)OR- Post graduate: MBA (HR)- 2-3 years of Experience into the HR Domain

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
