HR Manager Role Overview
We re looking for a dynamic and people-first Human Resources Manager to own and drive the entire HR function at Neulife. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond recruitment focusing on building a strong team culture, driving performance and engagement, and supporting the company through its next phase of scale.

Key Responsibilities
*Talent Acquisition:End-to-end recruitment across departments including growth, content, operations, tech, and customer success
*People Operations:Manage onboarding, performance reviews, documentation, HRMS systems, contracts, payroll coordination, etc. *Culture & Engagement:Design and execute programs for team engagement, rewards & recognition, team offsites, and internal communication *Policy & Compliance:Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and act as point of contact for HR-related audits or legal documentation *Founder Support:Serve as an internal culture custodian and trusted partner to the leadership team for strategic people decisions *Training & Development:Identify skill gaps and organize internal/external learning opportunities for teams --- What You Bring: 4 7 years of HR experience in *startup, FMCG, wellness, or high-growth D2Cenvironments Experience handling both *strategic and operational HRresponsibilities Excellent communication, people skills, and emotional intelligence High accountability, maturity, and bias for action Strong working knowledge of HR documentation, onboarding, labor law basics, and tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, etc. --- Education : MBA in HR (Full time) CTC range - 6 - 9 lacs
