Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Hiring Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process. You will

be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within the agency,

ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role requires excellent organizational skills,

strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal

stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

● Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, and other resources to identify

and attract qualified candidates.

● Conduct thorough searches to find relevant profiles that align with our job

requirements and company culture.

● Craft compelling job postings to engage potential candidates and promote our

agency's values and opportunities.

Pre-Screening and Selection:

● Review resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.

● Conduct phone and email screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications,

experience, and cultural fit.

● Administer a pre-screening questionnaire to assess candidates' skills,

knowledge, and motivation.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to establish candidate shortlists for further

evaluation.

Interview Coordination:

● Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are well-informed of the

interview details.

● Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information, including

interview logistics and preparation materials.

● Arrange technical tests or assignments as needed and collect and review

completed work.

● Gather feedback from interviewers and consolidate evaluations for

decision-making purposes.

Candidate Database Management:

● Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database, tracking all relevant

information and stages of the hiring process.

● Regularly update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information

and progress.

● Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of

candidate information.

Reporting and Documentation:

● Prepare monthly reports on recruitment metrics, including the number of

applications, pre-screened candidates, and hiring outcomes.

● Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement

strategies to enhance the hiring process.

● Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to

recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

(preferred).

● Proven experience in a similar role as a Hiring Coordinator or Recruitment Coordinator.

● Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and other candidate sourcing tools.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal

stakeholders.

● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage

multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing resumes, applications, and candidate

information.

● Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

● Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

● Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

● Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
