Role: Recruiter
Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Gandhi Nagar Market , Delhi
Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across retail, warehouse, and/or corporate roles
• Hire efficiently in high-turnover environments (e.g., retail stores, operations)
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple functions
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and culture fit
• Optimize and speed up the hiring process without compromising on quality
• Use ATS and sourcing tools effectively (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or high-attrition sectors (retail, logistics, BPO, etc.)
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
• Understanding of the kidswear or fashion industry is a plus but not mandatory
