Role Objective

Own and execute the end-to-end HR strategy for the organisation, including talent acquisition, onboarding, policy development, employee relations, dispute management, offsite/event planning, and alignment of recruitment with company leadership and departmental heads.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across verticals—management, marketing, creative, operations, and interns. Scout, interview, and close hires for senior management, category managers, graphic designers, junior managers, and interns.
  • Build and manage a strong network of consultants, portals, and passive talent communities.
  • Drive structured hiring with department heads and final selections with Directors.
  • Focus on premium institute hiring and role-specific talent pipelines for long-term scalability.
  • Lead structured, hierarchical recruitment process—first round with department heads/Head of Branding, Marketing, NPD Innovation, final selections of candidate will be aligned with the senior management Talent Acquisition (College and Campus Focus)
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 colleges—especially Pearl Academy, NIFT, AAFT, and others in Delhi NCR and pan-India.
  • Organize and conduct recruitment drives, campus rounds, job fairs, and intern selection programs across top colleges.
  • Liaise with placement officers and college authorities for branding and partnership opportunities.
  • Build passive talent pipelines through college relationships for creative/design, management, and junior roles.
  • Align college recruitment activities with department heads and finalize selection with company Director as per process hierarchy.

Dispute Management & Resolution:

  • Provide neutral, professional facilitation for employee disputes, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Uphold a positive workplace culture—discourage gossip, division, and negativity

General HR Operations:

  • Oversee onboarding, induction, employee record-keeping, and compliance documentation.
  • Support performance management, appraisal systems, and career progression frameworks.

360° Workforce Enablement

  • Build scalable teams that align with company expansion across modern trade, D2C, and international markets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years HR experience, preferably in fragrance, beauty, FMCG or scaling growth sectors.
  • Strong track record in senior, specialist, and creative role hiring, policy development, and culture-building.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and event planning skills.
  • High proficiency with dispute management and positive employee relations.
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and company advocacy.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management or equivalent; advanced HR certifications an asset.

  • Build and manage a year-round engagement calendar that blends growth discussions, recognition, and celebration—making the workplace vibrant, transparent, and people-focused.

Employer Branding & Communication

  • Lead employer branding across LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing to highlight workplace culture and milestones.
  • Position JVSS & JRV as Employer Brands of Choice in lifestyle and fragrance industries.
