Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Raipur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruiting, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to enhance the workplace environment and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is mandatory
