Job Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions across our operations. The role requires a proactive individual who can align HR practices with the company's strategic goals and foster a positive and performance-driven workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across departments Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives Manage performance appraisal systems, employee feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting frameworks Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.) and manage HR documentation and audits Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and payroll coordination Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and professionally Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies Conduct training needs analysis and support continuous learning programs Collaborate with production and department heads to support manpower planning and productivity Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance requirements Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism Reporting To:Director / General Manager – Operations
