Role Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall business plan. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, compliance, and HR operations tailored for a fast-paced real estate brokerage environment. --- Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment for sales, CRM, operations, and support roles. Build a talent pipeline for Tele Sales Exectives, brokers, sales agents, and support staff. Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Conduct regular feedback sessions, grievance handling, and ensure a positive workplace culture. Performance Management: Set up appraisal systems and KPIs aligned with business goals. Monitor team performance and support managers in driving productivity. Training & Development: Identify training needs, especially for sales and customer relationship teams. Conduct onboarding and skill enhancement sessions. Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are aligned with labor laws and industry best practices. Maintain proper documentation and compliance for real estate regulatory needs. HR Operations: Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, and other HR systems. Maintain accurate employee records and HR dashboards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in sales-driven industries (real estate(preferred), BFSI, insurance, retail). Strong knowledge of HR practices, PFI, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage recruitment for high-performance sales teams. Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Office. Why Join Us?
