HR Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall human resources functions of the hypermarket including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The role ensures smooth workforce operations, high employee engagement, and alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment for various positions (cashiers, sales, incharge, supervisors, etc.).
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate staff training, development programs, and career growth initiatives.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in coordination with accounts/finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in retail / hypermarket sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll systems.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
