Job Description:

We are hiringh hr manager for one of our hospital located in ludhiana if you have 2 years of experience in this same field then this role is for you. this is the full time oppotunity in hospital

• Ensure the team implements the Recruitment Plan as per the Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost effective Recruitment Plan.
• Ensure that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all positions sourced – New/Replacements.
• Sourcing candidates through Internal Job Postings and evaluating Function/Region Transfer options.
• Sourcing candidates across Recruitment Database, Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals,

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best candidates.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries. Address and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive working environment.
• Training and Development: Coordinate and sometimes facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring it is conducted fairly and systematically; provide support for performance improvement plans.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
