CREATIVE DIRECTOR Creative Director Grand Hypermarkets We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director to join our marketing team and lead creative initiatives across our hypermarket network. As the Creative Director, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and produce impactful marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. Responsibilities: Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels for hypermarket promotions and brand initiatives. Lead and guide creative teams to develop campaigns that resonate with diverse customer demographics across multiple locations. Hands-on approach in executing and managing multiple retail marketing projects simultaneously. Create compelling visual assets for in-store displays, digital platforms, promotional materials, and seasonal campaigns. Develop brand guidelines and campaign playbooks for consistent execution across all hypermarket locations. Design and supervise creation of retail marketing assets, including signage, promotional banners, loyalty program materials, and product campaign visuals. Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and digital marketing teams to ensure creative alignment with business objectives. Manage multiple campaign timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. Work closely with store operations, category management, and customer experience teams to optimize campaign effectiveness. Stay current with retail marketing trends, consumer behavior insights, and design technologies to enhance creative output. Participate in campaign reviews and provide strategic creative feedback to team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field. 10+ years of professional experience in retail marketing or advertising agencies with retail client experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating retail marketing campaigns and consumerfocused design work. Experience working on FMCG, retail, or consumer brands in agencies or inhouse marketing teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics for digital marketing. Familiarity with AI design tools like MidJourney, Dall-E, and Adobe Firefly will be advantageous. Understanding of retail marketing principles, consumer psychology, and visual merchandising. Experience designing for both digital platforms and large-format retail displays. Prior experience in a hypermarket, supermarket, or organized retail marketing will be highly valued. Strong communication skills and ability to present creative concepts to senior management. Ability to manage photography and video shoots for retail campaigns and product showcases. Knowledge of print production processes and retail signage specifications is desirable.
