  • Design and manage competitive compensation packages.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.

  • Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Ensure organizational policies adhere to legal standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 3 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Payroll: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
