HR Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing attendance and leave management systems, handling HR operations and employee relations, maintaining and updating HRIS (Human Resources Information System), as well as preparing and analyzing HR reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee attendance and leave management systems - Handle HR operations and employee relations - Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) - Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) - Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools Please note that this is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
