Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and enhancing HR systems, including Zoho CRM/ People, by leading a team of Analysts and Developers. Your proactive approach is key to maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring the highest quality of support and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and analytics to support HR decisions and demonstrate the effectiveness of HR technologies. - Administer and refine leave policies and management practices for employee well-being while meeting organizational needs. - Foster a positive environment with clients and within the team to promote engagement and satisfaction. - Oversee the administration and enhancement of HR systems like Zoho CRM/ People, and evaluate other CRM platforms as needed. - Build, motivate, and lead a team skilled in HR applications, ensuring continuous professional development and performance management. - Collaborate with IT stakeholders to align HR technology strategies with business goals, focusing on technologies like .NET, AI, Data Science, and React JS. - Analyze and improve HR processes and data flows to enhance functionality and user experience. - Manage relationships with software vendors and internal stakeholders to meet organizational needs. - Monitor compliance with data protection regulations and ensure the security of HR systems. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8 years of experience managing teams in an ERP or CRM environment with a focus on HR applications. - Proficiency with Zoho applications and willingness to work with other CRM platforms as required. - Solid experience with software development technologies, particularly AI, Data Science, .NET, and React JS. - Demonstrated ability in managing vendor relationships and working with offshore or nearshore teams. - Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
