As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resources department, overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Your role will involve fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and driving organizational effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. You will also be overseeing performance management and employee engagement initiatives, coordinating training and development programs, monitoring and improving workplace safety and well-being, and leading organizational change while supporting leadership with strategic HR planning.
