Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and driving organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance (payroll, leaves, contracts) Coordinate training and development programs Monitor and improve workplace safety and well-being Lead organizational change and support leadership with strategic HR planning Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹61,077.46 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
