Role Overview: As a Floor Manager at Futureteq Outsourcing, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the floor to ensure a seamless and efficient environment for both staff and customers. Your leadership skills will be essential in delivering exceptional service and achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the daily activities on the floor - Ensure smooth and efficient operations to meet customer needs - Train and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Implement strategies to improve overall performance and productivity Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a managerial role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices Please note that this is a full-time position with a night shift schedule at the company's in-person work location.
